摘要
目前国内大力发展综合性新区以此改善城市圈的空间分布结构,另一方面却面临着新区功能单一,交通发展和土地利用不协调的问题。文章基于Node-place模型构建了符合新区TOD模式发展的交通土地利用协调评价体系,针对新区常见的职住分离,步行体验感不强等问题加入相应的评判指标。对呈贡新区的11个轨道站点进行了交通与土地的协调评价,结果发现模型展现结果和现场实际情况基本一致:部分站点存在不协调的状况。最后针对各个站点的情况提出了改善圈层结构,优化职住分离等发展建议。
At present,China has vigorously developed comprehensive and exemplary new areas to improve the spatial distribution structure of the urban circle.On the other hand,it faces the problem of single function,undeveloped transportation development and land use.Although the adoption of the TOD model to guide the development of the new district can improve such problems to a certain extent,it is difficult to quantify the degree of coordination between the two.Based on the Node-place model,this paper constructs a coordinated evaluation system for traffic land use in line with the development of the TOD model in the new district.In view of the common separation of occupation and residence in the new district,the pedestrian experience is not strong,and the flow of people is not expected to be added to the corresponding evaluation indicators.The 11 track sites in Chenggong New District were evaluated for the coordination of traffic and land.The results of the model were found to be consistent with the actual situation on the site:some stations have uncoordinated conditions.Finally,for the situation of each site,suggestions for improving the circle structure and optimizing the separation of occupation and residence are proposed.
