马尾松根际土壤浸提液对种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用 被引量:7

摘要 以不同浓度的根际土壤浸提液(0.25、0.5、1mg·mL^-1)对马尾松种子及一年生幼苗进行处理,研究马尾松苗木根际土壤浸提液对自身种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:马尾松根际土壤浸提液对其种子萌发的抑制作用为活力指数>发芽指数>发芽率;对种子的胚根长、胚轴长、鲜重和干重的化感效应顺序为胚根长>胚轴长>鲜重>干重。浸提液浓度在0.25~0.5mg·mL^-1范围内时,对幼苗的苗高、地径和生物量均表现为化感促进作用,超过其临界值就开始表现为抑制作用;随着根际土壤浸提液浓度增加,幼苗体内丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性降低。综合分析认为:种子萌发和幼苗生长对高浓度的根际土壤浸提液更为敏感。 Seeds and annual seedlings of Pinus massoniana were treated with different concentrations of rhizosphere soil extract(0.25,0.5,1 mg ·mL^-1 )to study the allelopathy of soil extract from the rhizosphere of Pinus massoniana seedings on their seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that the inhibition effects of rhizosphere soil extracts on seed germination of Pinus massoniana from strong to weak was activity index of seeds>germination index>germination rate,and the range of the effect on seed grow indexes was the embryo root length>embryo length>fresh weight>dry weigt.When the rhizosphere soil extract concentration of Pinus massoniana was within the range of 0.25 -0.5 mg ·mL^-1,it showed allelophathic promoting effect on the height,ground diameter and biomass of seedlings,and began to show inhibiting effect when the critical value was exceeded.With the increase of the concentration of rhizosphere soil extract,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the seedlings increased,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase (POD) decreased.Comprehensive analysis concluded that seed germination and seedling growth were more sensitive to high concentration of rhizosphere soil extract.
