常规超声检查结合胎心检查在胎儿先天性心脏病产前筛查中的效果观察 被引量:6

Effect observation and accuracy evaluation of routine ultrasound examination combined with fetal heart rate examination in prenatal screening of fetal congenital heart disease

摘要 目的探究胎儿先天性心脏病孕妇产前筛查采用常规超声检查与胎心检查联合模式的效果。方法选择2014年7月至2016年12月本院所收治的32例疑似胎儿先天性心脏病孕妇,对全部孕妇均实施常规超声检查及胎心检查,形成常规超声诊断结果与联合诊断结果,与病理诊断结果对比两种检查结果的准确率。结果病理诊断胎儿先天性心脏病孕妇阳性22例、阴性10例;常规超声检查阳性20例、阴性12例;联合检查阳性25例、阴性7例。两种检查方式特异度(30.00%vs60.00%)比较差异无统计学意义,联合检查灵敏度(95.45%)、准确率(84.38%)明显高于参照组(59.09%vs50.00%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用常规超声检查与胎心检查,能够提升胎儿先天性心脏病产前筛查的准确性,临床应用效果显著,应予以临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect and accuracy of the combined model of routine longevity examination and fetal heart examination in prenatal screening of pregnant women with congenital heart disease.Methods 32 pregnant women with suspected fetal congenital heart disease admitted to our hospital were enrolled.From July 2014 to December 2016,routine ultrasound examination and fetal heart examination were performed on all pregnant women to form routine ultrasound diagnosis results.The combined diagnosis results were compared with the pathological diagnosis results to compare the accuracy of the two test results.Results Pathological diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease was positive in 22 cases and negative in 10 cases;routine ultrasound examination was positive in 20 cases and negative in 12 cases;combined examination was positive in 25 cases and negative in 7 cases.There was no significant difference between the two examination methods(30.00%vs 60.00%),the combined examination sensitivity(95.45%),and the accuracy rate(84.38%)were significantly higher than the reference group(59.09%vs 50.00%).The difference between the two group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of conventional ultrasonography and fetal heart examination can improve the accuracy of prenatal screening for fetal congenital heart disease.The clinical application effect is significant and should be promoted clinically.
