摘要
随着社会的发展,当今的食品企业在来料、仓储、生产、运输、销售等一系列过程中不断出现各种品质问题,这些是食品企业急需解决的瓶颈问题,也是食品企业关注的焦点问题。品质管理主要包括来料检验品质管理、制程生产品质管理和成品销售品质管理3个方面,食品企业可以从这3个方面进行突破,寻找合适的解决方法。本文通过对食品企业来料检验的品质管理进行探讨,以促进食品企业来料检验水平的提升。
With the development of society,a variety of quality problems continue to emerge in food enterprises from a series of processes,such as incoming materials,warehousing,production,transportation,sales and so on.These are the urgent need for food enterprises to solve the bottleneck problem,but also the focus of attention of food enterprises.The quality management includes incoming inspection quality management,process production quality management and finished product marketing,food enterprises can break through these three aspects,looking for appropriate solutions.In this paper, the quality management of incoming inspection in food enterprises is discussed in order to promote the level of incoming inspection in food enterprises.
