摘要
为探索国际专业认证驱动下的高等院校食品类专业实践教学改革举措,本文以河南科技大学食品科学与工程专业实践教学为例,通过对分析实践教学中存在的问题和影响因素,提出深化实践教学改革措施和提升实践教学质量的途径,并对实践教学成效进行了总结,为有效提高食品专业人才的创新实践能力提供有力保障。
In order to investigate the actions of practical teaching reform of food engineering specialty under the background of international professional certification,this paper took the practical teaching of food engineering specialty of Henan university of science and technology as an example,the problems and the influencing factors in practical teaching were analyzed,the deepen practical teaching reform measures and the methods to improve the quality of practical teaching were proposed,the effectiveness of practical teaching were also summarized and these provided a strong guarantee for effectively improving the innovative practice ability of food professionals.
