摘要
运用胶体金免疫层析法对广东省水产品中孔雀石绿的残留情况进行筛查。通过加标盲样测试和高效液相色谱-质谱串联LC-MS验证,该方法检出限、假阳性率和假阴性率均达到国家规定标准。在2016年7月至2019年6月,利用该方法共检测孔雀石绿项目42458批次,检出不合格449批次,合格率为98.9%,本文同时对这三年的孔雀石绿检出情况进行了分析,为广东省相关部门开展水产品安全监督管理工作提供了参考依据。
In this study,Malachite green (MG) residue was screened by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA) in aquatic products in Guangdong province.The limit of detection,false-positive rate and false-negative rate of the assay which were validated by blind testing with standards and LC-MS analysis,were all in accord with the national standard.A total of 42 458 samples were analyzed from July 2016 to June 2019.MG was found in 449 samples.98.9% of samples were not detected the MG residue.The study was also analyzed the current status of MG use in different class of aquatic products and different month.The research provided an important technical support for government to monitor MG residue.
