摘要
目的:探讨中医治疗冠心病心绞痛实际临床价值以及对患者睡眠障碍改善的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月大庆市龙凤区卧里屯街道社区卫生服务中心收治的冠心病心绞痛患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组采取中医治疗方法。治疗后对2组患者的有效率、心肌耗氧量以及星级指数等各项指标进行分析比较;并对2组患者失眠率以及每周的安眠药服用次数进行了分析比较。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率、心肌耗氧指数以及心率指数分别为96.67%、(6.98±0.84)分、(75.69±5.31)分,对照组的治疗有效率、心肌耗氧指数以及心率指数分别为83.33%、(7.99±1.12)分、(79.21±3.50);观察组各项指标由于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而治疗后观察组整体的失眠率以及安眠类药物的服用次数都要明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗有效率、心肌耗氧量改善、睡眠障碍改善等几个方面,中医治疗比常规治疗方法效果更加明显,在临床上具有非常大的推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and angina pectoris,and to analyze the effect of improving sleep disorders in patients. Methods:A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted and treated in Wolitun Street Community Health Service Center from January2018 to December2018 were selected as research objects, and all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group on average.The control group was mainly treated with conventional methods,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The effective rate, myocardial oxygen consumption and star index of the group cure after treatment were compared.The rate of insomnia and the number of sleeping pills per week were compared between the two groups. Results:The overall treatment efficiency,myocardial oxygen consumption index and heart rate index of all the 30 patients were 96.67,6.98.84 and 75.695.31.points,respectively,after the treatment and observation of traditional Chinese medicine.The indexes were obviously higher than those of the control group (83.33%,7.991.12.and 79.213.5 points),and the comparison was statistically significant( P <0.05).After treatment,the overall insomnia rate and dosage of sleeping drugs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion:In terms of the overall treatment efficiency,the improvement of myocardial oxygen consumption and sleep disorder in patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is more obvious than that of conventional treatment,which has great clinical promotion value.
