摘要
目的研究非小细胞肺癌患者实施不同调强放疗的剂量学对比效果。方法选择2016年2月—2019年2月我院放疗的非小细胞肺癌患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为试验组与参照组,每组均40例。其中,参照组采用静态调强放疗,试验组行容积旋转调强放疗,对比两组患者患侧肺、健侧肺相关参数计量学。结果两组患者患侧肺V3比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与参照组相比,试验组患侧肺V10、V13、V15、V20、V25、V30、Dmean/Gy较低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者健侧肺V13、V15、V20、V25、V30、Dmean/Gy比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与参照组相较,试验组健侧肺V3、V10较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者采用容积旋转调强放疗能够降低患者双侧肺放疗剂量。
Objective To study the dosimetric comparison of different intensity-modulated radiotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with NSCLC who received radiotherapy in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Among them, the reference group received static intensity-modulated radiotherapy, while the experimental group received volumetric rotational intensity-modulated radiotherapy, and the two groups were compared in terms of the relevant parameters of the affected and uninjured lung. Results There was no difference in V3 of the affected lung between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, V10, V13, V15, V20, V25, V30, and Dmean/Gy of the affected lung were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). There was no difference in V13, V15, V20, V25, V30 and Dmean/Gy between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower V3 and V10 in the healthy side lung, indicating a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with non-small cell lung cancer, the use of volumetric rotation intensity modulated radiotherapy can reduce the dose of bilateral pulmonary radiotherapy.
