摘要
成骨不全症(OI)是由胶原突变引起的罕见遗传性结缔组织疾病,其常见的临床表现为长骨脆性增加而引起的骨折和畸形。本文通过对我院收治的1例确诊成骨不全合并股骨髁上骨折患者的临床和影像学表现以及应用3D打印技术辅助治疗效果良好,并查阅相关文献进一步探讨成骨不全症的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法以便提高对成骨不全症的认识。
Osteogenesis imperfecta(OI) is a rare hereditary connective tissue disease caused by collagen mutations. Its common clinical manifestations are fractures and deformities caused by increased fragility of long bones. In this paper,the clinical and imaging findings of a patient with confirmed osteogenesis imperfecta and supracondylar fracture of the femur in our hospital showed that the internal fixation and the assisted treatment of 3D printing technology had good effect. The clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of osteogenesis imperfecta were explored further by referring to relevant literature, to improve understanding of osteogenesis imperfecta.
