摘要 泉州石化污水处理场是由含油和含盐污水处理两个系统组成。含盐系统主要针对常减压装置电脱盐、原油罐区、循环水排污水进行处理。处理后的污水回用至除盐水站或循环水场。本文试图通过对预处理系统比对,以及二级生化处理、深度处理+超滤、反渗透系统运行效果的统计,对该污水处理工艺进行分析。整个系统工艺分析结果表明:较好的预处理效果是二级生化系统运行稳定的基本保障;深度处理部分的“臭氧氧化+BAF”是污水深度处理的关键环节。 Quanzhou Petrochemical Wastewater Treatment Plant is composed of two systems: oil treatment system and salt wastewater treatment system. The salt system mainly deals with the electric desalting of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, crude oil tank area and circulating water sewage. The treated wastewater is reused to desalination station or circulating water field. This paper attempts to analyze the wastewater treatment process by comparing the pretreatment systems and statistic the operation effects of secondary biochemical treatment, advanced treatment + ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems. The process analysis results of the whole system show that the better pretreatment effect is the basic guarantee for the stable operation of the secondary biochemical system, and "ozone oxidation +BAF" in the advanced treatment part is the key link of the advanced treatment of sewage.
