摘要
通过试验研究了不同粉煤灰代替量及水灰比对承载保温型泡沫混凝土性能的影响。结果显示,在粉煤灰代替量为30%及水灰比为0.44时,承载保温型泡沫混凝土总体性能最优,28d抗压强度达到4.37MPa,传热系数为0.116W/(m·K),吸水率为12%,干缩值为0.58mm/m,具有承载与保温双重功能,可广泛应用于地铁管片衬砌回填及建筑承重结构保温领域。
The effects of different fly ash content and water-cement ratio on the performance of load-bearing foam concrete were studied through experiments. The results show that when the fly ash content is 30% and the water-cement ratio is 0.44, the overall performance of the load-bearing thermal insulation foam concrete is optimal, the 28-day compressive strength reaches 4.37 MPa, and the heat transfer coefficient is 0.116 W/(m·K), the water absorption rate is 12%, the dry shrinkage value is 0.58 mm/m, and it has the dual functions of bearing and heat preservation. It can be widely used in the field of subway segment lining backfilling and building load-bearing structure insulation.
