摘要
以甲醛、水合肼、苄叉丙酮等为原料,制备苄叉丙酮曼尼希碱缓蚀剂。用红外光谱仪对其结构进行表征,并使用静态失重法评价其在质量分数为15%盐酸中对N80钢片的缓蚀性能,同时采用电化学方法研究了苄叉丙酮曼尼希碱缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理。结果表明:在15%盐酸中,当缓蚀剂在酸液介质中质量分数为0.1%时,N80钢片腐蚀速率为0.4338g/(m^2·h),具有优异的缓蚀性能;该苄叉丙酮曼尼希碱缓蚀剂属于阴极型缓蚀剂,且吸附行为可以用Langmuir吸附等温式表述;该缓蚀剂可以稳定吸附在N80碳钢表面,从而起到缓蚀作用。
Benzylideneacetone mannich base synthesized by hydrazine hydrate,formaldehyde and benzylideneacetone,and it’s structure was confirmed by infrared spectrum. The corrosion inhibition performance of N80 steel in hydrochloric acid with mass fraction of 15% was evaluated by static weightlessness method. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of benzylidene acetone mannich inhibitor was studied by electrochemical method. When the dosage of inhibitor added was 0.1%,the result of static weight-loss showed that the corrosion rate of N80 steel in 15% HCl solution was 0.433 8 g/(m^2·h). Electrochemical test showed the inhibitor of benzylideneacetone mannich base was cathode-controlling corrosion inhibitor. The adsorption behavior can be expressed by Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The corrosion inhibitor can be adsorbed on the surface of N80 carbon steel stably,so it can play a role of corrosion inhibition.
