含扰动参数时滞电力系统鲁棒稳定性分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对系统中多时滞耦合以及小扰动不确定因素,文章给出多时滞不确定电力系统鲁棒稳定新判据。应用积分不等式新处理方法,结合自由权矩阵有助于降低现有结果的保守性,运用Schur补定理有效地处理了系统中的不确定参数。最后,以单机无穷大系统,典型二阶单、双时滞系统为例,得出电力系统所能承受的时滞稳定裕度,验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。 In view of the multiple time delay coupling and some micro-variations uncertain parameters, a new robust stability criteria for power system with multiple time delays and uncertain parameters is issued in this paper. It is noted that the application of a new handing method of integral inequality and a free matrix introduced can reduce the conservatism of the result, and especially that some uncertain parameters can be effectively handled by adopting the Schur theorem. Finally, taking the single-machine infinite-bus system and a typical second-order time-delay system as an example, the efficiency and superiority of the proposed approach are verified to obtain the robust time-delay margin of the power system.
