摘要
随着我国生产技术及现代科技不断突破创新,加强对功能性、适用性生产设备的研究具有重要意义。其中,换热器作为化工生产、机械制药等多领域、多行业重点应用设备,发展前景练好。本文通过对管壳式换热器换热管稳定性问题进行分析研究,总结影响换热管稳定性的重要因素,并结合实际应用现状,提出优化对策,为相关工作进一步开展提供相关参考依据。
With the continuous breakthrough of innovation in China’s production technology and modern technology, it is of great significance to strengthen the research on functional and applicable production equipment. Among them, the heat exchanger is a key application equipment in many fields and industries such as chemical production, machinery and pharmaceuticals,and its development prospects are well developed. In this paper,the stability of the heat transfer tube of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger is analyzed and the important factors affecting the stability of the heat transfer tube are summarized. Based on the actual application status, the optimization countermeasures are proposed, and the relevant reference for the further work is provided.
