摘要
离合齿轮现有检测方法较为低效,且存在较大误差和测量不稳定性,因此,相关研究人员设计了一种科学合理的检测设备。简要叙述了具体检测方法以及检测系统机械结构与信号检测模块。实验表明,该设备有效提高了检测效率与检测准确性,降低了检测成本和检测误差,提高了产品优质率,该检测方法具有很好的应用价值。
The existing detection methods of clutch gears are inefficient, and there are large errors and measurement instability. Therefore, relevant researchers have designed a scientific and reasonable testing equipment. The specific detection methods and the mechanical structure and signal detection module of the detection system are briefly described. Experiments show that the device effectively improves the detection efficiency and detection accuracy, reduces the detection cost and detection error,and improves the product quality rate. The detection method has good application value.
