摘要
目的:探讨双源CT对完全性大动脉转位诊断的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析31例完全性大动脉转位,并同时做心脏彩色多普勒超声,与手术进行对照回顾性分析。结果:全部病例经手术证实,完全性大动脉转位病例合并其他心脏畸形统计:房间隔缺损19例,室间隔缺损18例,肺动脉狭窄10例,动脉导管未闭6例,完全性心内膜垫缺损1例,主动脉弓离断2例,永存左上腔静脉2例,冠状动脉异常4例。结论:双源CT可准确诊断完全性大动脉转位合并其他心内、心外发育畸形,为临床术前提供影像依据。
Objective: To investigate the application value of dual-source CT in the diagnosis of complete transposition of great arteries(TGA). Methods: retrospective analysis of CT images and images of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography from 31 cases of TGA patients. Results: All cases were confirmed by operation, TGA complicated with other cardiac malformation: 19 cases of atrial septal defect, 18 cases of ventricular septal defect, 10 of pulmonary artery stenosis, 6 case of patent ductus arteriosus, 1 case of complete endocardial pad defect, 2 case of aortic Arch Detachment, 2 case of permanent left superior vena cava, 4 case of coronary artery abnormality. Conclusion: Dual-source CT can accurately diagnose TGA combined with other cardiac dysplasia, providing imaging basis for clinical operation.
