摘要
目的探讨孕期甲状腺功能检测对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月在我院分娩的孕妇100例进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,假定对照组(n=50)为甲状腺功能正常者,不进行甲状腺功能检测,观察组(n=50)患有甲状腺疾病,给予孕期甲状腺功能检测,分析孕期及产后超敏促甲状腺激素(TSH3UL)浓度变化、妊娠结局以及观察组疾病检出率。结果观察组疾病检出率以及不良妊娠结局明显低于对照组,TSH浓度变化明显优于对照组,P <0.05。结论对孕妇实行孕期甲状腺功能检测效果较好,可有效降低胎儿不良结局以及妊娠期疾病发生概率,有助于改善妊娠结局。
Objective Investigate the effect of thyroid function test during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomized which according to the random number table.The control group (n=50) was assumed to have normal thyroid function and no thyroid function.The observation group (n=50) had thyroid disease,and the thyroid function test during pregnancy was performed.The changes of the concentration of hypersensitivity thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH3UL) during pregnancy and postpartum,the pregnancy outcome and the detection rate of the observation group were analyzed. Results The disease detection rate and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The TSH concentration was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion It was effective to detect thyroid function during pregnancy,which could effectively reduce the adverse outcome of the fetus and the probability of gestational disease,and help to improve the pregnancy outcome.
