摘要
目的本文主要对重度牙周炎牙髓的治疗时机进行分析,并且对牙周和牙髓二者联合治疗的临床疗效进行研究.方法选取我院于2017年12月至2018年12月收治的重度牙周炎患者共82例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者仅实施牙周治疗,观察组患者则实施牙周、牙髓二者联合治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果经比较:①相比于对照组患者,观察组患者的松动度、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度均有明显降低,两组在统计学上具有明显差异(P<0.05);②相比于对照组患者,观察组患者的治疗满意度明显更高,两组在统计学上具有明显差异(P<0.05).结论对于重度牙周炎患者,应当尽早实施牙周和牙髓二者联合治疗,临床疗效显著,建议推广.
Objective This article mainly analyzes the timing of treatment of severe periodontitis pulp, and studies the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of periodontal and endodontic. Method A total of 82 patients with severe periodontitis admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group only received periodontal treatment, and the observation group performed periodontal disease. The combined treatment of pulp and pulp, observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Result By comparison,(1)compared with the control group, the degree of looseness, plaque index, sulcus bleeding index, and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were significantly lower, and the two groups were statistically significantly different (P< 0.05);(2)Compared with the control group, the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher, and the two groups were statistically significantly different(P< 0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe periodontitis, the combination of periodontal and endodontic treatment should be performed as soon as possible, and the clinical effect is significant.
