摘要
目的系统评价热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎的疗效。方法检索中国知网、万方医学网、重庆维普数据库、PubMed和Embase数据库查找热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎的相关文献,检索文献发表时间为2009年1月—2018年11月。采用Jadad质量评分法进行纳入文献质量评分,并通过Stata12.0软件对文献数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献533例病例。Meta分析结果显示:热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎的用药方案优于头孢曲松钠单纯用药方案(OR=4.52,95%CI:2.63~7.78,P<0.01),联合用药方案有利于减少临床发热消失时间(SMD=-2.32,95%CI:-3.27^-1.37,P<0.01),咳嗽咳痰缓解时间(SMD=-1.64,95%CI:-2.50^-0.78,P<0.01),X线胸片显示好转的时间(SMD=-2.04,95%CI:-2.96^-1.12,P<0.01),肺啰音消失时间(SMD=-1.99,95%CI:-2.92^-1.07,P<0.01)及平均住院时间(SMD=-2.54,95%CI:-2.82^-2.26,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎可获得显著疗效,改善临床结局指标,为临床应用提供参考。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Reduning Injection combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of acute pneumonia. Methods Literatures related to the treatment of acute pneumonia by Reduning Injection combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium were retrieved on CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,Chongqing VIP Database,PubMed and Embase Database. The retrieved literatures were published from January 2009 to November 2018. Jadad quality scoring method was used to score the quality of the included literatures,and Meta-analysis was performed for the literature data by Stata 12.0 software. Results Seven literatures of 533 cases were included in this study. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the regimen of Reduning injection combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of acute pneumonia was superior to the regimen of Ceftriaxone Sodium alone( OR =4.52,95% CI :2.63~7.78, P <0.01). The combination regimen was beneficial to reduce the clinical fever disappearance time ( SMD =-2.32,95% CI :-3.27 ^-1.37 , P <0.01),the cough and expectation time ( SMD =-1.64,95% CI :-2.50 ^-0.78, P <0.01),the improvement time on X-ray chest ( SMD =-2.04,95% CI :-2.96 ^-1.12, P <0.01),the lung rales disappearance time ( SMD =-1.99,95% CI :-2.92 ^-1.07, P <0.01) and the mean hospitalization time( SMD =-2.54,95% CI :-2.82^-2.26, P <0.01),the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Reduning Injection combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of acute pneumonia can obtain significant efficacy,improve the clinical outcome indicators,provide a reference for clinical application.
