摘要
根据我国动物防疫与检疫专业发展和高等职业教育改革发展的实际需要,高等职业院校应加强专业技术技能型人才培养,与区域经济发展结合、人才培养模式改革与校企合作相结合、教学职能与社会服务功能有机结合。举办职业院校技能大赛是职业教育改革和发展的关键任务,是高等职业技能人才培养的重要途径之一。因此,以教学诊断和改进为抓手,结合职业技能大赛,创新了“全程式、多元化、产学融合”人才培养模式,推进课程体系改革,取得了优良的教学效果和优秀的教学成绩,提升了人才培养质量,对高职高素质技能型人才的培养具有可借鉴性。
According to the practical need of development of animal epidemic prevention and quarantine specialty, also the reform of higher vocational education in China,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the combination of professional technical skills training and regional economic development,the combination of talent cultivation model and school-enterprise cooperation,and the combination of teaching function and social service function. Hold? ing vocational college skills competition is the key task of vocational education innovation and one of the important ways of higher vocational talents cultivation. Therefore,we do promote the reform of curriculum system,improve the quality of talent cultivation through teaching diagnosis and improvement,combined with vocational skills competi? tion,and creating "whole process,diversification,Integration of production and learning" talent cultivation model. Those innovations of higher vocational talents cultivation can be used as a reference.
