家猪毛囊上段自体移植动物模型的构建

Construction of animal model of hair follicle upper fragment autologous transplantation in domestic pig

摘要 目的探讨家猪皮肤、毛囊组织学结构特点及其毛囊上段自体移植的方法,以实现毛囊扩增动物模型的构建。方法选择3月龄黑白毛相间的家猪,使用全功能环切式电动毛囊移植笔在毛球部上方2~3 mm处进行切割,将毛囊上段行自体移植;定期取材,观察毛囊重建情况。结果家猪皮肤及毛囊组织结构均与成人相似;毛囊上段移植后2周取材,在显微镜下观察可见毛囊上段向下生长,重新形成完整毛囊。结论家猪是批量进行毛囊自体片段扩增移植实验的较理想模型的构建动物。 Objective To explore the morphological characteristics of domestic pig skin and hair follicles and the method of autologous transplantation of the upper fragment of the hair follicle, in order to create an animal model. Methods Three-month-old domestic pigs with black and white hair were selected. The upper fragment of the hair follicles were obtained by a novel Follicular Unit Extraction instrument, which was able to pinch off hair follicles at 2 to 3 mm above the hair bulb. The upper fragments of the hair follicles were autologously transplanted into the dermis. The condition of hair follicle reconstruction was observed regularly. Results The tissue structure of skin and hair follicles in domestic pigs was similar to that in humans. Two weeks after transplantation of the upper fragment of the hair follicle, the upper fragment of the hair follicle was observed under microscopy to be growing downward. The complete follicles were re-formed.Conclusion The domestic pig was an ideal animal model for autologous transplantation of the upper fragment of the hair follicle.
