摘要
利用放电等离子烧结技术(SPS)制备了MqSiB:合金。对不同MosSiB:含量及相对密度的合金做700℃的循环氧化实验。结果表明:随着合金中的MO'SiB2相含量和致密度的增加,其氧化动力学曲线由直线转变为两个不同的阶段,氧化层由挥发性氧化物M0O3转变为Mo02.当试样中MosSiB2含量和相对密度高时,氧化50h后其表面会被连续的硼硅酸盐玻璃层覆盖,阻碍氧气的内扩散和MoO3的挥发,表现出良好的抗氧化性能。
Mo5SiB2 alloys were prepared by spark plasma sintering ( SPS). The cyclic oxidation experiments at 700 ℃ for the alloys with different Mo5SiB2 contents and relative densities were carried out. The results show that with the increase of Mo5SiB2 phase content and relative density, the oxidation kinetics curves of the alloys change from straight line to two-stage curves, and the phase of the oxide layer changes from MoO3 to MoO2. When the Mo5SiB2 phase content and the relative density of the samples are high, the surface of the samples will be covered by continuous borosilicate glass layer after oxidation at 700℃ for 50 h , which will hinder the internal diffusion of oxygen and volatilization of Mo03 , and show good oxidation resistance.
