摘要
目的研究喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果及安全性。方法抽取我院儿科2017年1月~2018年11月收治的117例手足口病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(58例)和观察组(59例)。对照组应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,观察组在此基础上联用喜炎平治疗,比较两组临床疗效,观察患儿口腔疱疹、溃疡愈合时间,血清免疫球蛋白水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.61%vs86.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿口腔疱疹、溃疡愈合时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿血清IgA及IgG水平高于对照组,IgM水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为1.69%,低于对照组的8.62%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病临床效果显著,可有效缩短患儿口腔疱疹、溃疡愈合时间,提供患儿免疫力,安全性高。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiyanping combined with adenosine monophosphate in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children.Methods A total of 117 children with hand, foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group (58 cases) and observation group (59 cases). The control group was treated with adenosine monophosphate. The observation group was treated with Xiyanping. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The oral herpes, ulcer healing time, serum immunoglobulin level and adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (96.61% vs 86.21%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of oral herpes and ulcer healing was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The serum IgA and IgG levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the IgM level was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.69%, which was lower than that in the control group 8.62%, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping combined with adenosine monophosphate in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively shorten the time of oral herpes and ulcer healing, provide immunity and safety.
