摘要
科技创新、金融创新和经济增长之间存在耦合关系,通过构建综合评价指标体系和系统耦合模型,基于山东省2008—2017年的统计数据,对山东科技创新、金融创新与经济增长的耦合协调发展进行了实证分析,结果表明:山东科技创新、金融创新与经济增长的综合指数均呈逐渐上升的演化趋势,三系统的耦合协调度也逐年提高,呈显著的协调发展态势,而且三系统的耦合协调度与科技创新-金融创新、科技创新-经济增长以及金融创新-经济增长三类两系统耦合协调度密切相关,变化趋势趋于一致。因此,实现三类两系统协调发展是三系统耦合协同持续发展的基础。
There is a coupling relationship between scientific and technological innovation,financial innovation and economic growth.The empirical analysis is carried out for the coupling and coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation,financial innovation and economic growth in Shandong Province based on the statistical data of Shandong Province from 2008 to 2017 by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system and a system coupling model.The results show that the comprehensive indexes of scientific and technological innovation,financial innovation and economic growth in Shandong all show an evolutionary trend of gradual rise,and the coupling and coordination degree of the three systems also increases year by year,showing a remarkable coordinated development trend.Moreover,the coupling and coordination degree of the three systems is closely related to the coupling and coordination degree of three types of double systems:scientific and technological innovation- financial innovation,scientific and technological innovation- economic growth,and financial innovation-economic growth,and the trend of change tends to be consistent.Therefore,the realization of the coordinated development of the three types of double systems is the basis for the coupling and coordinated sustainable development of the three systems.
