摘要
地方高校内涵式发展是高等教育健康发展的内在要求。地方本科院校在内涵式发展中面临专业设置不合理、同质化严重、人才储备不足的问题;在管理方面存在管理理念滞后、办学定位偏颇、考核制度单一、行政管理流程烦琐的弊端。高校内涵式制度建设应主抓教育质量,建设具有地域特色的专业学科;携手政府、高校、企业三方共同创新产学研机制;形成以二级学院为主的一线教师工作评价机制;创建以发展、传承、传播为使命的高校地域文化品牌。
The connotative development of local colleges and universities is the inherent requirement of the healthy development of higher education.In the connotative development,local undergraduate colleges face the problems of unreasonable professional setting,serious homogenization,and insufficient talent reserve.In management,there are drawbacks such as lagging management concept,biased school orientation,single evaluation system and cumbersome administrative management process.The construction of connotative system in colleges and universities should focus on the quality of education,build professional disciplines with regional characteristics;cooperate with government,universities,and enterprises to innovate the mechanism of production,education and research;form a first-line teacher evaluation mechanism for secondary colleges;build and develop And spread the regional cultural brand building of colleges and universities.
