摘要
通过分析镇江市典型产业园区不同7个点位的萝卜样品中Cu、As、Cr、Pb、Cd、Zn等重金属元素含量,结果表明:与《蔬菜中各重金属元素食品卫生标准限值》相比,Cu、Cd、Zn、Pb元素平均值均小于食品卫生标准限值,Cr元素的平均含量介于食品卫生标准限值的临界,而Ni元素则超过食品卫生标准限值;萝卜对Cd元素的吸收能力最强,其次为Cu和Zn,对Cr元素的吸收能力最弱;萝卜中Cr和Ni元素污染指数平均值高于1.0,可推断以上二种重金属处于轻度污染染状态,Cd、Cu、Pb和Zn的平均值则低于1,表明以上四种重金属均为无污染状态。
By analyzing the contents of heavy metals such as Cu, As, Cr, Pb, Cd and Zn in radish samples from 7 different locations in Zhenjiang typical industrial park, the results showed that the average values of Cu, Cd, Zn and Pb elements were lower than food hygiene standard, the average values of Cr elements were at the critical point of food hygiene standard and the content of Ni exceeded the limit of food hygiene standard. Radish had the strongest absoqjtion ability of Cd, followed by Cu and Zn, and the weakest absorption ability of Cr. The average pollution index of Cr and Ni in radish was over 1.0, which could be inferred that the soil were slightly polluted by the two heavy metals. The average values of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn were less than 1, indicating that the above four heavy metals were pollution-free.
