摘要
大学教师要切实履行立德树人职责,以德立身是根本前提、以德立学是核心任务、以德施教是基本路径。治学道德规训下大学教师以德立学的新理路在于:注重制度设计,完善以德立学制度的新准则是大学教师以德立身的根本前提;强化法制规训,提升学术道德自律的新境界是大学教师以德育德的根本保障;推进以德治教,建构学术道德共同体的新关系是大学教师以德施教的根本举措。
University teachers should earnestly fulfill their duties of cultivating students by virtue;they should teach on virtue as the fundamental premise, the core task and the basic path. There are the new ways of improving the academic morality of university teachers basing on the discipline of research ethics: laying emphasis on the system design and establishing a new standard to enhance the academic morality of university teachers and perfecting the specification of teacher’s ethics as the fundamental premise for university teachers to establish their moral character;strengthening the rule of law and enhancing their academic moral self-discipline as the crucial guarantee of moral cultivation;advancing the moral governance and building a new relationship between teachers and students to build a moral community of teachers and students as the basic measure for teaching on virtue.
