摘要
高校学生党员先锋功能的引领和发挥,直接影响着大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观,如何发挥学生党员的示范引领作用,让培养对象实实在在的、接地气的为身边同学做表率、做榜样,并形式多样的来开展各项活动,达到共同进步。根据同伴教育的特点,来助推学生党员的先锋功能发挥。通过学生党员的在同伴中的激励、教育和潜移默化的影响,让学生党员自身的优势,以年轻人自己的方式相互交流、相互沟通,“让同伴来告诉同伴”,“让同伴来影响同伴”,达到共同提升大学生综合素质目的,更好发挥学生党员的先锋功能。
