Research on Key Technologies and Frontier Applications of Neutron Scattering

摘要 中子散射技术以其独特的研究优势成为前沿科学研究和新材料、新工艺研发等众多研究领域的有力工具,我国中子科学平台的建设与发展在推动国家科技原始创新方面具有不可替代的作用。中子关键部件研制、新技术新方法开发及重点应用领域关键问题等方面的重点攻关,将有力推动我国中子散射科学平台建设、发展和应用自主化进程。本研究拟开展的具体研究内容主要包括:(1)中子散射光学关键部件;(2)二维高分辨大面积GEM中子探测器;(3)中子自旋回波和全散射技术;和(4)先进工程材料中子无损测试分析。其中,中子光学、探测器等关键部件的成功国产化,将有力推动中子科学平台利用效能的大幅提升,中子自旋回波和全散射技术的成功应用将使我国现有测试方法在研究尺度和测试精度方面实现突破,而中子无损测试分析技术在高温合金、镁合金和不锈钢阀杆内部应力、织构和纳米析出相等方面的成功应用,将有力推动中子无损测试分析技术在我国航空航天、核工业等工程材料领域的推广与应用。 Neutron scattering technology has become a powerful tool in frontier scientific research, new materials and new technology development et al owing to its unique advantages. The construction and development of neutron science platform in China plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the original innovation of science and technology. The developmentof neutron scattering key components,new technology and methods,and the applications on important fields will definitely speed up the healthy and innovation development of neutron scattering scientific platform in China. Four main research contents will be carried out,including:( 1) key optics components of neutron scattering;( 2) two-dimensional high resolution and large area GEM neutron detectors;( 3) neutron spin echo and total scattering techniques;and( 4) neutron nondestructive testing and analysis of advanced engineering materials. The successful localization of neutron optics,detectors and other key components will promote the utilization efficiency of neutron scienceplatform. The successful application of neutron spin echo and total scattering technology will make a significant breakthrough in the research scale and measurement accuracy. While the application of neutron nondestructive analysis technology in stress,texture and nano-crystalline precipitation of high temperature alloy,magnesium alloy and stainless steel stem,respectively,will promote the popularization and application of neutron nondestructive testing technology in the fields of aerospace, nuclear industry and other engineering materials in China.
