简述了中国冲天炉水冷风口技术的发展历史与现状,描述了水冷风口的结构和冷却水冷却原理,分析了不同结构的水冷风口的冷却水流动速度,评述了目前使用的三种冲天炉水冷风口。
The paper briefly introduces the development history and current situation of the water-cooling tuyere technology of China's cupola furnace, describes the structure of the water-cooled tuyere and the cooling principle, analyzes the flow velocity of water in the water-cooled tuyere with different structures. Finally, the three types of cupola water-cooling tuyeres currently used are reviewed.
