摘要
为了能更好地利用学校的现有资源,对现阶段职业高校焊接技术专业或部分工科专业学生在焊接实习、实训及毕业设计过程中存在的问题进行总结分析,通过设置专职焊接材料管理员,制定相应的实验实训材料使用管理制度,建立监督考核机制以及重复利用等有效措施,达到既能较好地完成焊接实习、实训及毕业设计等教学任务,同时又能很好地培养学生的成本意识。
In order to make better use of existing resources in schools,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the welding practice,training and graduation design of welding technology major or part of engineering major students in vocational colleges at present,by set up a full-time welding material manage,formulate the corresponding management system for the use of experimental training materials,the establishment of supervision and assessment mechanism and recycling and other effective measures.So that that teach tasks of weld practice,practical training and graduation design can be well completed,and meanwhile,the cost consciousness of students can be well cultivate.
