干细胞源外泌体修复神经损伤的研究现状 被引量:4

Current situation of the application of stem cell derived exosomes in repair of nerve injury

摘要 神经损伤在临床中较为常见,探索有效修复损伤神经的方法已经成为近年来的研究热点。干细胞源外泌体(SC-exosomes)内含多种生物活性物质。干细胞能发挥各种组织修复作用主要依赖于其分泌的外泌体。本文就SC - exosomes的生物学特性及其对神经损伤修复的影响做一综述。 Nerve injury is common in clinic. Stem cell derived exosomes ( SC - exosomes) contains a variety of bioactive substances in vivo. Exploring effective methods for repairing injured nerves has become a research hotspot in recent years. Muliple reports showed that stem cells play a variety of roles in tissue repair mainly depending on their secreted exosomes. This paper reviews the biologicalcharacteristics of stem cell - derived exosomes and their effects on the repair of nerve injury in order.
