摘要
目的:分析中等面积烧伤患者延续性护理需求与生活质量相关性.方法:选取本院2015年1月-2018年3月期间在我院进行治疗的II度烧伤的患者80例,按照入院顺序进行排号,采用随机数字法平均分为2组,其中对照组40例,观察组40例.比较2组患者生活质量、延续性护理需求评分,采用Spearman相关分析患者延续性护理需求与生活质量相关性.结果:2组患者心理护理需求、用药知识需求、社会支持性服务需求、休息与活动指导需求平均分值均>3分,且2组数据对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).护理前,2组患者一般健康状况、生理机能等生活质量各分比较无显著差异(P>0.05).护理后,观察组患者一般健康状况、生理机能等生活质量各项评分比较显著优于对照组(P<0.05).根据Spearman法分析,延续性护理需求(心理护理需求、用药知识需求、社会支持性服务需求、休息与活动指导需求)与生活质量呈负相关(P<0.05).结论:中等面积烧伤患者具有较高的延续性护理需求,其与生活质量具有相关性,给予其延续性护理能够显著改善其生活质量,值得推广应用.
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the demand and quality of life of continuous nursing in patients with moderate area bum. Methods: 80 cases of patients with II degree bum and who treated in our hospital from January ,2015 to March,2018 were selected, and were numbered according to the order of admission, and were divided into two groups by random number method, which 40 cases in the control group. Then, the quality of life and the continuity of nursing needs score of two groups of patients were compared, and the correlation between continuity of nursing needs and quality of life were analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.. Results: Hie average scores of psychological care needs, medication knowledge needs, social support services needs, rest and activity guidance needs of two groups of patients were greater than 3 scores,and there was no significant difference in the data between the two groups ( P >0. 05). Before the nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of general health and physiological function between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ). After the nursing, the general quality of life, physiological function and other quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The continuity of nursing needs ( psychological care needs, medication knowledge needs, social support services needs, rest and activity guidance needs) were negatively correlated with quality of life according to the analysis of the Spearman method ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The patients with moderate bum which had high continuing nursing needs, and it was related to the quality of life, giving continuity nursing could significantly improve the quality of life, thus it was worth promoting and applying.
