急性STEMI患者溶栓后早期转运PCI与直接转运PCI现状分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究基层医院急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者溶栓后早期转运经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI与直接转运PCI现状。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月东莞市第八人民医院收治的急性STEMI患者88例,88例患者依据治疗方法和治疗时间不同分为两组,即28例溶栓后早期转运PCI组和60例直接转运PCI组,早期转运PCI组是对患者进行溶栓治疗后转院实施PCI,直接转运PCI组是对患者直接转院实施PCI,比较两组患者手术后的情况。结果:两组患者分别经过治疗后,慢性心力衰竭、轻微出血、再发心肌梗死率发生率、死亡率以及手术后2 h ST段回落的比例进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组患者轻微出血率和死亡率,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗20 d和80 d后,左室舒张期内径及左室舒张末期容积指数比较,直接转运PCT组均优于早期转运PCI组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期转运组医学接触到球囊扩展(FMC-to-B)时间、急性心肌梗死介入治疗救治(D-to-B)时间和直接转运组,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:溶栓后早期转运PCI能够降低慢性心力衰竭、再发心肌梗死率低于直接PCI。
