摘要
采用“过滤+水喷淋+冷却+电场处理”系统技术处理印染企业定形机产生的高温油烟废气,将过滤、螺旋式喷淋、冷却、高压静电法集成一体,弥补了单种处理方法效率低、存在火灾隐患等问题。经过处理,各项检测指标均符合现有排放标准要求,企业周边废气检测也符合厂界标准值要求。该组合处理工艺在行业定形机废气处理中具有一定的应用示范作用。
High temperature oil smoke produced by setting machine in dyeing mills,normally is treated by filtration,water spraying,cooling,electric field composite technique.The integrated technology of filtration,spiral spraying,cooling,and high-pressure electrostatic can make up of the deficiency of low smoke treatment efficiency by using the single method,and can eliminate fire hazards.After the treatment,each detection index is under the standard limit and meets the discharge standard requirement.The detection index of exhausted gas around the enterprises also meets the requirement of factory boundary standard.The combined treatment process has certain application demonstration functions in waste gas treatment of the setting machine industry.
