摘要
通过乳化剂复配的方法制备了一系列不同HLB值的无磷除油剂,并对锦/氨织物进行除油处理。探讨了除油剂组分、处理工艺条件等对除油效果的影响。研究表明,乳化剂TO-5与FMEE复配质量比为m(TO-5):/n(FMEE)=1:2时,其除油率高于TO-5与其他乳化剂复配的除油剂。TO-5与FMEE复配除油剂的最佳处理工艺为:温度70℃、时间30 min、质量浓度2 g/L,整理后织物的除油率可达80.4%。复配除油剂与抗热黄变剂在同浴处理时具有很好的相容性,处理后织物的除油率和白度都略高于市售除油剂处理的。
Several non-phosphorus oil removing agents with different HLB value are compounded for scouring of nylon/spandex fabric,and the effects of mass ratio of components and processing conditions on oil remove efficiency are investigated.Compared with other combinations,the combination of TO-5 and FMEE[m(TO-5):m(FMEE)=1:2]shows the highest oil remove ratio(80.4%),and its optimized processing is carried out at 70℃for 30 min with the concentration of 2 g/L.The compounded oil removing agent also shows good compatibility with anti-yellowing reagent.The treated nylon/spandex fabric has better oil removal and whiteness with the new deoiling agent compared with the commercial chemicals.
