摘要
目的:探讨病理制片质量控制中PDCA的应用价值。方法:某病理技术室自2018年7月采用PDCA管理模式管理病理制片,抽取2018年1月~6月及2018年7~12月病理总制片数各5278张、5975张。结果:实施PCDA管理后,制片时间、报告发出时间均明显缩短,重制片数量显著减少,病理制片质量优良率从95%明显提高到99%(P<0.05)。结论:在病理制片质量控制中采用PDCA管理模式有助于优化流程、缩短诊断时间、提高制片质量。
Objective: To explore the application value of PDCA in quality control of pathological slice making. Methods: Since July 2018, a pathology technology laboratory has adopted PDCA management mode to manage pathological slice making. The total number of pathological samples from January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 was 5278 and 5975, respectively. Results: After implementing PCDA management, the production time and report time were significantly shortened, the number of reproduced tablets was significantly reduced, and the quality of pathological slice making was significantly improved from 95% to 99%(P<0.05). Conclusion: PDCA management mode is helpful to optimize the process, shorten the time of diagnosis and improve the quality of pathological preparation during the quality control of pathological slice making.
