极寒盐碱化条件下水泥—水玻璃材料性能研究

摘要 为研究极寒、盐碱化程度高的地区水泥-水玻璃材料的性能变化及各参数之间的关系,选择多组不同配比的材料开展冻融、抗氯盐侵蚀试验。结果表明:在冻融状态下,材料凝结时间增长,28 d抗压强度降低约30%~50%;在氯盐侵蚀状态下,28 d抗压强度降低超过50%。对水泥-水玻璃材料性能产生影响的各因素中,水玻璃模数影响最大,呈正相关;其次是水灰比,呈负相关。优选出水灰比1. 0,体积比1∶1,水玻璃模数1. 2~1. 6的配比较为合理。 In order to study the performance changes of cement-water glass materials and the relationship between various parameters in areas with extremely cold and high salinization,multiple sets of materials with different proportions were selected to carry out freeze-thaw and anti-chlorine salt erosion tests. The results show that: under freezing and thawing conditions,the clotting time of the material increases,the compressive strength at 28 d decreases by about 30%~ 50%,under the condition of chloride attack,the compressive strength at 28 d decreases by more than50%. Among the factors affecting the performance of cement-water glass materials,the modulus of water glass has the largest influence and is positively correlated,the second is the water-cement ratio,which is negatively correlated. Preferably,the water-cement ratio is 1. 0,the volume ratio is 1∶ 1,and the water glass modulus is 1. 2 ~ 1. 6.
