摘要
目的研究氟比洛芬酯注射液在骨折手术后镇痛的应用可行性以及对患者疼痛指数的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年12月在我院进行骨折手术出院的患者60例作回顾性分析。随机分成对照组和研究组,各30例。研究组患者术后给予静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯注射液50mg,qd,对照组患者术后给予静脉推注帕瑞昔布钠40mg,bid。对比两组患者术后6、12、24h抬高患肢的NRS(疼痛数字评价量表),48h抬高患肢的NRS,在结束治疗后统计患者对镇痛效果的满意程度。结果比较两组患者术后6、12、24、48h抬高患肢的NRS,研究组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者2级、4级疼痛例数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯注射液镇痛作用起效快,持续时间长,且效果良好,能够用于骨折患者的术后镇痛,改善患者的预后质量,应当在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To study and discussion the feasibility of application of flurbiprofen axetil injection for analgesia after fracture surgery and its effect on patients’ pain index. Methods 60 patients who underwent fracture surgery and discharged from our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 in each group.Patients in the study group were given intravenous drip of 50mg Kaifen for once a day after surgery while patients in the control group were given intravenous drip of 40mg Parecoxib sodium for twice a day.The NRS (Pain Numerical Rating Scale) of the elevated affected limbs was measured at 6h,12h,24h and 48h after operation was recorded and compared.The patient’s satisfaction with the analgesic effect was counted after the end of treatment. Results The NRS of the elevated affected limbs at 6h,12h,24h and 48h after operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The number of grade 2 and grade 4 pain cases in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The analgesic effect of Kaifen is quick,lasting and effective,which can be used for postoperative analgesia of fracture patients.It can improve the quality of prognosis,which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
