摘要
文章主要叙述了当前诸多企业采购项目管理现状、问题与不足,并对其问题的产生进行了原因剖析。阐述了充分运用“互联网+”思维和大数据技术,依托顶层制度设计建设和信息平台构建,从自动防差错、智能预警、避免法律风险、实现信息共享、数据分析统计、提供决策参考等几个方面,进一步建立完善采购项目全生命周期管控机制,从而有效提升企业采购效率、合同管理和规范运作水平。
This article mainly describes the current situation, problems and deficiencies of procurement project management of many enterprise, and analyzes the cause of the problems, and expounds the full use of “Internet+” thinking and big data technology, relying on the top-level system design and information platform construction, From the aspects of automatic error prevention, intelligent early warning, avoiding legal risk, realizing information sharing, data analysis and statistics, and providing decision-making reference, further establish and improve the whole life cycle management and control mechanism of procurement project, so as to effectively enhance the efficiency of enterprise procurement, contract management and standardized management level.
