摘要
[目的]建立了苹果中双丙环虫酯及其代谢物残留量的UPLC-MS/MS测定方法。[方法]采用乙腈提取,PSA和C18净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪在多反应离子监测模式(MRM)下检测,外标-标准曲线法定量。[结果]苹果中添加双丙环虫酯质量分数为0.04,0.008.0.0008mg/kg,添加双丙环虫酯代谢物质量分数为0.4,0.08.0.008mg/kg,平均回收率为88%~98%,相对标准偏差为7.5%~16.5%,定量限分别为0.0008,0.008mg/kg。[结论]方法集准确定性定量于一体,灵敏度高,特异性好,前处理操作简单,适用于同时检测苹果中双丙环虫酯及其代谢物残留量。
[Aims] A accurate UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of afidopyropen and its metabolite residues in apple was developed.[Methods] Apple samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by PSA and C18, determinated by UPLC-MS/MS under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and finally quantitated by external standard method.[Results] Precision and accuracy were assessed by adding afidopyropen and its metabolite in apple at three concentration levels (0.04, 0.008,0.0008 mg/kg for afidopyropen and 0.4, 0.08,0.008 mg/kg for its metabolite), the average recoveries of afidopyropen and its metabolite were between 88 and 98% with the RSDs of 7.5-16.5%, the limits of quantitation were 0.0008 and 0.008 mg/kg.[Conclusions] The method is qualitative, quantitative, sensitive, specific, simple, suitable for simultaneous determination of afidopyropen and its metabolite in apple.
