摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀体验水平在老年肺癌患者健康素养与健康行为间的中介效应及调节效应。方法:选取收治入院的化疗老年患者71例为研究对象,采用华生关怀患者量表(WCPS)、慢性病患者健康素养量表(HeLMS)、健康行为量表(HPLPⅡ)对患者进行问卷调查,通过分层回归法分析变量间的中介效应和调节效应。结果:71例患者WCPS得分为(27.43±2.70)分,HeLMS得分为(85.33±12.30)分,HPLPⅡ总分为(114.37±12.03)分,Pearson相关分析显示,人文关怀体验与健康素养、健康行为呈正相关(P<0.01),健康素养与健康行为呈正相关(P<0.01),交互作用项“健康素养×人文关怀体验”的调节效应显著。结论:人文关怀体验水平在老年肺癌患者健康素养与健康行为间存在中介效应及调节效应。
Objective:to explore the mediating effect and regulating effect of humanistic care experience level on health literacy and health behaviors for elderly lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 71 cases with chemotherapy in elderly patients were admitted as the research objects.They were investigated by questionnaire survey using WCPS,HeLMS,and HPLPⅡ.Mediation effect and regulating effect between variables were analyzed through hierarchical regression.Results:The scores of WCPS,HeLMS and HPLPⅡof 71 cases were(27.43±2.70),(85.33±12.30),and(114.37±12.03),respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that humanistic care experience and health literacy and health behaviors were positively correlated(P<0.01),health literacy and health behaviors were positively correlated(P<0.01),and interaction item of"health literacy x humanistic care experience"adjustment effect is remarkable.Conclusion:the experience level of humanistic care has mediating and regulating effects on health literacy and health behaviors of elderly lung cancer patients.
