摘要
1861年俄国农奴制改革后,随着国内外形势的急剧变化,西伯利亚开发获得了快速推进。尤其是19世纪80年代以后,以沙皇为核心的俄国政府对西伯利亚给予极大关注,西伯利亚开发达到沙俄历史上的鼎盛时期。俄国实施的修铁路、促移民、办大学、废流放等一系列重大举措远远超出以往西伯利亚开发的各个历史时期。至1917年俄国革命前,西伯利亚发生了翻天覆地的变化。同时,由于沙皇专制制度的束缚,西伯利亚开发亦带有明显的历史局限性。但客观而言,帝俄晚期的西伯利亚开发对日后俄罗斯东部社会经济与历史文化产生了十分深远的影响。
After the Peasant Reform of 1861 in Russia,with the rapid change of the situation at home and abroad,the development of Siberia had been advanced quickly. In particular,since the 1880s,The Russian government,with the Tzar as its core,has paid great attention to Siberia,and Siberian reached its heyday in the history of Tsarist Russia. Major initiatives carried out by Russian government,such as building railways,promoting migration,founding several universities and abolishing Siberian exile,had gone far beyond the measures took in any historical periods of Siberian development in the past. Before the Russian Revolution in 1917,Siberia had changed dramatically. However,due to the constraint of Tsar's autocratic system,Siberian development was also faced with obvious historical limitations. But generally,the Siberian development in the late period of Russian Empire has been profoundly influencing the social economy,history and culture in eastern Russia thereafter.
