摘要 目的:探讨护理专业实习学生实习期间共情能力的变化规律.方法:选择在某医院实习的383例护理专业实习生作为研究对象,采用一般人口学资料调查表和人际反应指针量表对其进行4个不同时点的问卷调查.结果:实习后7个月(T3)调查对象共情能力总分比实习后4个月(T2)、实习后1个月(T1)和实习前2周(T0)高(P<0.05).结论:护生在实习不同时点共情能力水平不同,实习前期得分较低;对不同实习时期护生共情能力培养应该加以重视,并给予有针对性的指导和支持. Objective: To explore the change law of empathy ability of nursing students during their internship. Methods: 383 nursing interns who were practiced in Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were investigated with the general demographic data questionnaire and interpersonal response indicator scale at four different time points. Results: The total score of empathy ability of the subjects in the 7th month after the internship (T3) was higher than that in the 2nd week before the internship (T0), the 1st month after the internship (T1) and the 4th month after the internship (T2)(P< 0.05). The scores of all factors of empathy ability of higher vocational nursing students at different time points were statistically significant (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: The level of empathy of nursing students is different at different time points of practice, and the score is lower in the early stage of practice. Attention should be paid to the cultivation of empathy ability of nursing students in different practice periods, and targeted guidance and support should be given.
