摘要
目的:探讨金栀洁龈含漱液应用于急性智齿冠周炎治疗的临床疗效及安全性.方法:将120例急性智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组105例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予金栀洁龈含漱液治疗,对比两组患者情况.结果:研究组患者的总有效率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者面部肿胀、张口受限、压痛、牙龈红肿的症状积分明显较治疗前降低,且研究组患者的面部肿胀、张口受限、压痛、牙龈红肿的症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在常规西医治疗的基础上给予金栀洁龈含漱液治疗急性智齿冠周炎可有效提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广.
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinzhi Jiegingival gargle in the treatment of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth. Methods: 210 patients with acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 105 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The study group was treated with Jinzhijie gingival gargle on the basis of the control group, and the situation of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the symptoms scores of facial swelling, mouth opening restriction, tenderness and gingival redness in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the symptoms scores of facial swelling, mouth opening restriction, tenderness and gingival redness in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Jinzhijie Gingival Gargle on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth, and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
