摘要
房屋建筑工程直接关系到我国民众的生活质量,因此保证房屋建筑工程的质量就至关重要。建筑工程施工质量水平,应体现在施工质量的均匀一致,即构件截面尺寸的偏差、钢筋和箍筋间距的偏差均在允许范围内;构件混凝土强度及其离散性满足有关标准的要求;砌筑砂浆饱满,砂浆强度及其离散性满足要求等。本文浅谈房屋建筑结构施工之中的常见问题,同时对其施工管理工作的要点进行研究分析。
Housing construction is directly related to the quality of life of our people,so ensuring the quality of building construction is crucial.The construction quality level of construction engineering should be reflected in the uniformity of construction quality,that is,the deviation of the section size of the components,the deviation of the spacing between the steel bars and the stirrups are within the allowable range;the strength and discreteness of the concrete of the components meet the requirements of relevant standards;The mortar is full,the mortar strength and its discreteness meet the requirements.This paper discusses the common problems in the construction of building structures,and studies and analyzes the main points of construction management.
