关于智能矿道安全警示与逃生路线优化系统的研究

摘要 我国是矿产开发大国,据不完全统计,在我国45种主要的矿产中,近年来有10种矿产的产量是居于世界排名第一,另外有其他7种矿产在在世界产量也是排名第二和第三。由此可见,中国矿产资源的开发强度远远高于世界平均水平。目前,很多矿道还采用传统的井下报警装置,这些装置安装复杂、误报率高,时效性不足,制造成本也高。针对这种现实情况,本人进行了实用性良好、制造成本低廉、操作和警示简单明了且方便的矿井逃生警示系统相关研究,这样的系统,借助矿道已有电力资源网络,布局矿道监控安全,能在危机时刻,指导受教育程度低、培训机会少的作业人员,大大降低他们在井下发生意外的可能,是非常具有现实意义的。 China is a big country in mineral exploitation. According to incomplete statistics, of the 45 major minerals in China, 10 kinds of minerals are ranked first in the world in recent years, and the other 7 kinds of minerals are ranked second and third in the world. It can be seen that the development intensity of China's mineral resources is far higher than the world average level. At present, many mine tunnels also use traditional underground alarm devices, which are complex to install, high false alarm rate, lack of timeliness, and high manufacturing costs. In view of this reality, I have carried out a good practicability, low manufacturing cost, simple and convenient operation and warning of mine escape warning system related research, such a system, with the aid of the existing mine electric power resources network, layout of mine monitoring safety, in a time of crisis, to guide the low level of education, training. Operators with fewer chances can greatly reduce the possibility of accidents in the well, which is of great practical significance.
