摘要
全面推进素质教育是时化发展的需要,更是未来中国可持续发展的需要。“以全面提高公民思想品德、科学文化和身体、心理、劳动、技能素质,培养能力,发展个性为目的”的素质教育,正是要最大限度地发挥个人的潜能,扬长补短,使之成为适应社会发展的合格人才。在现代社会的一切资源中,人力资源是最重要的。人的高素质必定带来社会的高度文明和经济的高速发展。但是教育发展到现阶段,早就不提倡的“应试教育”还在给我们带来了不少与社会发展不协调的伪劣产品:青少年的道德教育、劳动观念、自理能力等问题,任其发展下去,青少年一代的整体素质将令人堪忧。
