摘要 全面推进素质教育是时化发展的需要,更是未来中国可持续发展的需要。“以全面提高公民思想品德、科学文化和身体、心理、劳动、技能素质,培养能力,发展个性为目的”的素质教育,正是要最大限度地发挥个人的潜能,扬长补短,使之成为适应社会发展的合格人才。在现代社会的一切资源中,人力资源是最重要的。人的高素质必定带来社会的高度文明和经济的高速发展。但是教育发展到现阶段,早就不提倡的“应试教育”还在给我们带来了不少与社会发展不协调的伪劣产品:青少年的道德教育、劳动观念、自理能力等问题,任其发展下去,青少年一代的整体素质将令人堪忧。 comprehensively promoting quality education is the need of time based development,and is also the need for sustainable development of China in the future."In order to improve citizens'Ideological and moral character,scientific culture and physical,psychological,labor,skill quality,ability to develop and develop personality",the quality education is to maximize the potential of individual and make it a qualified person to adapt to the social development.In all resources of modern society,human resources are the most important.The high quality of human beings will surely bring about a high degree of social civilization and rapid economic development.But the development of education at the present stage,the"exam oriented education"that has not been advocated has also brought us a lot of poor and inferior products which are incompatible with social development:moral education,labor concept,self-care ability of young people and so on,and the overall vegetative quality of the youngsters will be worrying.
