摘要 新课程改革的实施,加大了对素质教育的关注力度,对班主任的管理能力提出了更高的要求。以人为本理念作为一种新型的管理理念,解决了教师、学生、家长之间存在的矛盾,有助于确保三者之间构建良好的关系,不断纠正教育思想及教育行为,为社会发展培养出了更多有用的人才。因此,班主任在开展管理工作时,应注重对学生自我管理能力的培养,帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,改变教育观念,为社会培养出更多全方面的人才。 With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, more attention has been paid to quality education, and higher requirements have been put forward for the management ability of class teachers. As a new management concept, the people-oriented concept solves the contradiction among teachers, students and parents, helps to ensure a good relationship between the three, constantly corrects educational ideas and educational behavior, and cultivates more useful talents for social development. Therefore, class teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’self-management ability, help students to establish a correct outlook on life and values, change the concept of education, and cultivate more all-round talents for society.
