小学数学课堂中学生合作意识的培养

摘要 随着我国经济发展社会及用人单位对人才的需求也呈现多样化发展趋势,不仅关注人才的学习成绩,也极为重视人才的合作与交流能力。所以在新课程改革背景下,教师开展数学教学应当着重培养学生的合作交流能力。在具体教学过程中,教师应当树立以学生为中心的教学观念,根据新课程标准要求以及学生的认知规律,开展小组合作学习模式,有助于促使学生增强团队协作精神,使学生多样化发展。本文在此背景下,简要分析小学数学课堂中如何培养学生的合作意识,并提出具体的教学策略,希望有效提高学生的数学学习能力,增强团队协作精神。 With the development of China’s economic society and employers, the demand for talents also presents a diversified development trend, not only focusing on the academic achievements of talents, but also attaching great importance to the cooperation and communication skills of talents. Therefore, in the context of the new curriculum reform, teachers should focus on cultivating students ’ ability to cooperate and communicate in mathematics teaching. In the specific teaching process, teachers should establish a student-centered teaching concept, and carry out a group cooperative learning model according to the requirements of the new curriculum standards and the cognitive rules of students, which will help students to enhance the spirit of teamwork and diversify students.. In this context, this paper briefly analyzes how to cultivate students’ cooperative awareness in primary mathematics classrooms, and puts forward specific teaching strategies, hoping to effectively improve students’ mathematics learning ability and enhance teamwork spirit.
